You lead the People function.
CHRO, VP, Head or People director. The question "what is People doing with AI?" already landed on your desk, and you would rather answer with a product running than with a plan.

A hands-on 2-hour class: with Claude, you build a 2027 People budget baseline on your own machine, in HTML and Excel, and take the material home to run it with your company's data.

You build from the first chapter to the last on your own machine, in step with the other leaders in the room. If you need to revisit a point, the class material carries the path through every chapter.
A quick recap of the 5 levels of AI maturity, just to place where this class leaves you before the hands-on part.
You load the headcount and open-roles base, and Claude Code (the Code tab in the Claude app, which works directly on the files on your machine) starts building on top of it.
Collective bargaining, benefits and raises go in as parameterized assumptions, the way a budget discussion needs them.
You generate the budget baseline with two views (the budget owner's and the manager's), in HTML and Excel.
Comp's team stays in the room answering questions while Bruno leads, unblocking anyone who needs it without stopping the class.
You work on a fictional base of 1,247 positions, prepared for the class, with no real data of yours or anyone else's.
Cost for the year, variation against today, positions and roles outside the range, all computed from the raw base you loaded in the first chapter.

Before registering, check three things.
Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise: entry-level Pro is enough for the class. It runs in the Code tab of the Claude app, which the free plan does not open. Of the three items, it is the only one you cannot sort out on the day.
The install is guided and takes about ten minutes. If your company blocks software installs, loop in IT by September 30.
October 2, 10am to 12pm, with no meeting in the middle. The class is hands-on, and watching only gets you half of it.
When you register, you download the kit: a step-by-step install for Windows and Mac plus a 2-minute test. You type one line and the screen answers ALL SET or tells you exactly what is missing. The day before, the full class folder arrives by email, with the base and the steps.
The prerequisites are about preparation: the kit walks you through the install and the test, with no technical knowledge at all.
Comp mapped AI maturity in HR across five levels, from individual use to adaptive intelligence, not yet observed at scale. The path to AI-Native HR starts with someone on the team building the first product with their own hands. That is the step you climb in this class.

More than 15 years as an HR Director at companies like Serasa, Lenovo and Dock. At Comp he works forward-deployed: co-building with client teams the very People products this class teaches you to start.
A CHRO doesn't need to become an engineer. They need a tool that delivers an artifact.

CHRO, VP, Head or People director. The question "what is People doing with AI?" already landed on your desk, and you would rather answer with a product running than with a plan.

If your company's People budget starts from a blank spreadsheet every year, you leave here with a baseline built, the assumptions parameterized and the path to repeat it with your own numbers.

Perfect. The class starts from absolute zero and moves chapter by chapter, with your setup verified before the day.
If you also believe that HR can and should drive more business impact, let's talk.
